Hello, everyone! I'm Jordan and I have been playing minecraft for nearly 3 years. I am looking for somewhere to work as a staff manager as I love to be able to go through staff applications and commenting on them. I can train staff well and I can give them the fair role. I can demote them depending on the rules of the staff and I can watch over them for a fair amount of time. I can also work in groups nicely which means I am able to start them up with the staff teams given and I can form and recruit good people who want to participate to the server as a staff member and who want to benefit the server.
Skills!
You may be thinking about what I can do better then the other staff managers you see out there but I have that covered. I have many skills that can be different or the same to many managers but these are the ones that stand out the most.
Maturity
Maturity is one of my biggest skills as I said above, I can respond to helper applications with a mature comment and I can give them the best of feedback as I can if they get denied. I can also give them a time to re-apply and I can give them a list of things in PM that may help them.
Friendly
I feel like there is that one skill that everyone has in them. Friendly is another big skill to me as I said I love to be able to work in a group with friendship going all around us and to be able to form those groups is just amazing. I can give them the best of friendship through the staff team.
Trustworthy
Again, another skill I feel is pretty big to me. I feel like I can be trusted because I'm mature and I love to work in groups, these can be management, moderation or community groups. I feel as if I can stand out because I love working with them and being friendly which means I could be trustworthy to friends or just random players because of this matter.
Experience:
This is the bit that mainly matters, the experience. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with being an actual Staff Manager role but I have recently owned a server named AntiMC.
AntiMC was a minecraft creative server with No manager and only a Helper and a inactive moderator. I worked alone throughout this journey and I managed to get 7 active players on discord. I was proud for this because 7 with one staff member is decent. I recruited 2 of them to be staff with me and they've helped me with the server until it unfortunately shut down due to funding the server was difficult to me. I learnt much from there on how server setups work and how recruiting comes in handy on small servers which little staff. I also learnt how to keep that group positive and friendly through my trust and maturity.
