I am no expert in jQuery and I have a little bug that I need someone to look at.

I will be honest with you, money is REAL tight right now but I will offer a couple $ in the future (or site credit now) if you are able to help with this issue.

Currently, its looping a function when it shouldn't. No console logs, dunno why.
