From a while back but still is a scammer.

I read everything, and It seems like you were kinda impatient to be honest. You said "You said it would be done today" He said "Soon" then you called him out for scamming. He said soon that most likely means that day, so since you called him a scammer he probably called it off, and also, no one would scam someone with graphics

Paying for something means you get your product. It isn't right that he held the product that he paid for.
[I am not acusing him of scamming I am just pointing out btw]
