Why I should hire them: You should hire me due to the fact that I will work my butt off for you. If you check my reputation you can see that I will do whatever it takes to get a job done. Now keeping that in mind I am not the best advertisement manager. I am going back to college for Marketing so when I get my bachelors in that I will be more useful, although I don't expect this game to be around that long. I also have experience configurating plugins, which I hope is what you meant by development. If not, I have 2 great developers at my disposal, one that has worked for the Singapore Embassy.
How much they charge weekly and monthly: I charge $15-$20 for my service depending on budget. So it will come out to be $60-$80 a month.
Do you work well with others: I believe I work great with others. I have been President of a 4-H club before I graduated High School and had to create things such as Programs, Trips, and other such things, working with my peers to get what they wanted. I was also a captain of a soccer team in my high school. I had to plan practices, help players improve, and work with the coach to make sure everything is getting done.
Are you good with communication: I am great at communication. I don't tense up when talking in front of audiences, thanks to my background in theatre. I also feel like I can vibe with just about anyone and usually light up the room I'm in.

Why you should hire me: I believe you should hire me because I think I a Mature, Trustworthy and Professional individual with a lot of knowledge with advertising, configuration and staff/community management I am an allround Manager. I think that being professional when your a Manager is the most important trait, I think this because you are setting an example for the community, you are trying to make sure everyone is having the best time possible and understand everything you are saying. I am also Trustworthy, I feel trust is very important when you are Managing for a server as everyone expects you to set a good example for their community and if you can't be trusted you simply can't do your job.

Also, I have the ability and knowledge to write documents as needed for the server ranging from Staff Documents to Sales Service documents.
How much they charge weekly and monthly: I don't like saying a certain amount to be paid weekly as we all work differently. Payment can be spoken about privately if needed, but an estimated price could be from $20-$30 a month for prime management. Meaning full attention towards this project under any circumstances.

Yes, Working with others is a huge part of Management as you need to hire the employees that will be working for you.
If you're talking about secondary management as you're looking for two managers currently, I can work with someone else or even work alone with secondary/backup management lower then me in ranking as Mentors.
