Good question, when Elcro made my site I had basic understanding of HTML and CSS, enough to edit something but not to produce a website myself. A about two weeks ago I began to expand my HTML and CSS knowledge, and feel pretty confident now to use it in a webstore. (Kiwi can vouch for the expansion of my knowings of HTML+CSS)
