Jump in Void and Have Fly? [Help?]

Hi, so I have this bug on my server, and when a player jumps into the void and quickly logs off when they rejoin the server fly gets toggled on for them. Has anyone had this issue before, and if so how did you fix it? Please let me know if you are able to help me out!
