Hey! Representative of JurassicPvP here, today it's my job to inform you, we're looking to improve our administration team, we're looking for a few new administrators to help run things around the network. Below is a list of requirements and details of each job along with information of the network.
JurassicPvP is a factions server with a very strong development team, we have just over 85% custom plugins on the network, along with this we have many custom features such as a fully re-coded factions plugin (not a fork!), a revamped punishment/staff system and automatic invite rewards.
Working with our server should be easy! We provide many tools to ensure smooth staff work and all round gameplay across the network, an example of these tools could be our advanced staff application, ban appeal, ticket system working exclusively on discord! - No need for forums
We also have a system which logs each action on the network on discord, both of these can be found below:Requirements (all roles):
You must be at least 16 years old (proof will be required).
You must have experience working on large networks.
You must be well known within the MC Community.
You need a microphone with good quality audio.
You must be fluent in English.
Requirements (general admin):
You must have strong communication skills (a lot of the time on the network will be spent in calls discussing updates, dealing with factions etc)
You must be highly experienced in the factions game mode.
A fun individual able to host events on the network.
You must be able to dedicate 4+ hours each day to the network.
Soft Requirements:
We would prefer someone with experience on CosmicPvP or servers similar.
We would prefer someone with experience with cannoning, cannoning rules.
Requirements (ban team):
You must have strong communication skills (a lot of time will be spent training staff members to screenshare or screensharing players on the network.)
You must be able to dedicate 3+ hours each day to the network.
Soft Requirements:
We would prefer experience on HCF/Potion networks doing a similar role (these networks have particularly strong screensharing teams).
Requirements (staff manager):
You must have experience in this specific department.
You are required to be able to adapt to a unique staff system.
A fun individual able to talk to staff and host staff games etc.
You must be able to dedicate 4+ hours each day to the network.
Soft Requirements:
We would prefer a user experienced with "public" speaking as we would like to host meetings often.
Other Information:
Our total budget for the administration will remain undisclosed, it is in the $$$$ range monthly.
