Hello everyone!

I'm in search of another owner or partner for my server, JurassicRealms. This is a factions server that's pretty well made but doesn't have any sort of player-base due to me not having the time to advertise it. I am the owner of another network and a few various small servers, so my time is split between them all. Thus, I need another owner or partner to help direct JurassicRealms to a server that it can be.

What you do as an Owner/Partner:
The main thing you will do is focus on development and advertising the server. Being in touch with developers and YouTuber's.

You will also make decisions about the server that are rather important. These can include adding and removing features, and other things. Apart from that, you'll be promoting and demoting staff members.

What you get as an Owner/Partner:
This is always the most important part that people look for. What will you be making to become an Owner? Hopefully you're not after funds 100%, because that's not what I want in an Owner/Partner. However, here's a list of what you will have access to.

• Percentage of revenue (Discussed privately)
• Access to server files (dedicated server access and SSH access)
• Access to social media accounts (Twitter)
• Access to Admin on the forums
• Access to the PayPal account

What you need as an Owner/Partner:
This one is huge. Please make sure to pay attention to this.

• Some sort of funds (pay for advertising, server costs if any, development fees, etc.)
• Complete knowledge of owning a server and what it takes
• Money management skills
• Time management skills
• Be professional
• Ability to understand agreements.

Note: Trust has to be established. I wouldn't throw someone into being an owner/partner so they can take the files and revenue and leave the server. You have to be willing to trust me, as I do with you.

It seems you want the partner to do the majority of the work and put down their own money? At this point you would seem like more of an Investor than the original Owner. You're asking the partner to manage your server, your staff and pay for your advertisements?

He isn't asking for mergers, he wants to run the network he already has. You don't even have a playerbase so how would him merging with you help him what so ever?

The way you see it is false. I'm not looking for someone to do all the work and use their own money. All the costs would be split accordingly depending on the need. At the moment, I'm using all my cash to invest in this network. Server hosting, website hosting, domains, graphics, development fees, builds, etc. Another partner or owner would simply add to my depleting cash flow. I'm not looking to sit in the back and watch all the work being done while racking in money. I enjoy my network and I enjoy owning it.

I am wanting to expand into doing something else instead of this network, thus why I want to get someone on board that can help the network's future. I have an exit plan in the future to get out of this network, but I need someone that can foresee the future development and make sure the network doesn't vanish.

Hopefully this will clear things up a little.
