So recently, I’ve been trying to remember my past life before I forgot my memories. And this made me wonder. What if you built your whole life on lies. I feel as if I living a life that is fake.

P.S. I am not fine mentally LOL (jkjk am fine)

Interesting theory.

I personally believe that life is what you make of it and if you want to sit on your Arse and do nothing with it then that's your choice and you're the only one liable or capable of making that choice. If you want to go out and thrill seek then that's also entirely down to you. Many people live in a world of lies because instinctively as a species we tell lies to others to avoid hurting people. (Assuming this isn't what you mean about living in lies though). There's also no point getting tied up with the lies you may or may not have told. If you don't move forward in life then it stops and trust me when I say, the world NEVER stops for anyone.

People who live a life of lie often leave the next person to create tulpas to interact. (I haven't really understood that concept or how does that even work.) I have recently come across this term that involves both teenagers and adults. Tulpas are the result to betrayal, depression and seclusion, when they loose trust in the people around.
The fake words we hear from our environment makes us uncertain and hesitant and let us assume unreal contexts in each step of our lives, that makes life more complicated, and as you said, stops at moving forward.
