Hi there,

So I plan to open a few businesses (just to open my options to revenue and to see what succeeds and what fails). But would the best way to be under 1 name, or seperate?

As my current Business (03Solutions is the current name, I might change it) is a hosting company I want to do stuff like PC Builds, Loans and over types of stuff. So what would be the recommended thing to do? keep under 1 name and have sub branches or like different divisions of the company. Or have different names for it all?

Both have advantages and disadvantages if everything succeeds one name may lead to increased sales at other branches as they already know "Ah this company was good last time". However, if it fails people may think badly of other parts of this one company too.
This is completely up to you, I would personally make one "parent" company and have sub-companies below. However, as this is almost 100% not a real tax paying company, I guess you can do whatever you want.

Agree with the person above me ^ I’d rather have a parent company then a bunch of sub companies below it

I have 1 parent company with sub-companies under them. The parent is registered, but the sub-companies don't need to be registered.
