I get so frustrated reading post saying "I need a developer for my server but i have no money so please help me" BS. Sorry but no one will take 6+ hours of their day to configure u a plugin for free, its not gonna happen!
If you are one of these people then find money somewhere, go get a job - do something because if your trying to look for a builder or developer or even a logo they are not going to be free!
Ive seen some people want custom plugins or whatever made for like $5, okay fair enough you will pay but i mean cmon $5 for a plugin - If you expect to get a good plugin for $5 then get prepared to be scammed. Custom plugins that will be unique to your server and not be on everyother server out there can cost you like $100 for a simple one!
In the past i have asked for someone to build me a lobby for like $20-$30 but this was for like a small lobby not a great big lobby like 150x150 i just needed something to be made so i can open the server while a big one gets made by a builder.
All i'm trying to say is if you are looking for help with your server then be prepared to pay - Look at Hypixel, they didn't go around getting people to do things for free! They are where they are today because they spend a lot of money getting the best of the best and that could be you in 2 years from now but it wont unless you pay for services.
I hope that this will make you think before you post asking for a free service!
