So, to not cause drama or spark up any wrong doings myself or others have done. No names/companies will be addressed in this post, just to keep things sane.
Starting in late 2019 to early 2020, I was looking for a project to work on and came across someone in need. We will call this person "Joe". Joe was a hard worker and needed the help for his company and I stepped in and did a shit load. I did most of the management and legal work, while he dealt with the back-end side of the company. All is well for the first few months and we are gaining sales like no other. We got into a few arguments here and there, but nothing insane, just about stupid shit. Then we jump to September of 2020, when all hell brakes loose. I got a frantic phone call and messages saying Joe was being handed a lawsuit. I asked him to calm down and send me the information on it so I could validate it all, (turned out to be a false lawsuit that wasn't legally filed). Out of nowhere Joe decides to lock me out of everything, all emails, all servers, literally everything. I ask him to give me permission back as I have a job to do and am not in the mood to be treated like a child. He tells me no and some time goes by with 0 word from Joe. Until one day I text him, I asked him why? He responds with "I can't trust you". Even after being out of work for 4 weeks and noticing how his company is falling downhill, and rapidly. He still wants to deny me work. I drop my entire job title, which he responds to by re-enabling my permissions. 2 days go by and I have yet to hear a word from Joe, after multiple phone calls, texts, etc. I didn't think much of it, but then I get another message from him. This message reads "Can you deal with some tickets on the site?" I respond and tell him yes, as if he needs a break I fully understand. A week goes by with no communication with Joe, he just dissapears off the face of the earth. The company was renamed with no communication with me or any other members about it. During this time I was working on making a new website for the company, it was looking good, but is now lost in a dead drive. Anyways, I still get no communication from "Joe" for over a month. Date is now in the midst of November 2020. I ask him if I could use a VPS to test out some scripts I was working on, he tells me yes, however I never received it. I understand that he might not have wanted to give out our VPS's but he has about 20 for his own personal use. Never heard a word from him again, until yesterday, when I found out he got rid of that company. Registered a new one, under a different name. During the time of not talking to him, I contacted one of his friends to see what the hell was going on, he tells me that "Joe is a huge scam artist, he leeches off of others for money to fund his projects, and when they stop providing, he leaves" I never picked up on it, but it totally makes sense. Today I messaged him and tried to make small talk with him and see how he was doing. He replies with "I have no reason to conduct any further business or contact with you, thanks." then blocks me....
TL;DR Lost over a year of my hardwork, with 0 money earned or any respect given my way by a scam artist.
I WILL NOT DROP NAMES.

I just found out that he has done the exact same thing to one of my friends. However my friend invested in his company and is demanding payment back due to failure of providing services. Will update once I learn more.
