Just Survive - Looking for active Co-Owner

Hey!

I am looking for someone active that can be an admin/co-owner to my server. I will be in charge, but the co-owner will be able to do anything unless I say they can't. The reason I'm looking for someone is because I've spent very many hours on this server, but I don't think I can be active enough to grow the community. I will still make very many updates, but what I want the co-owner to do is be active, and engage with the community.

The server is not out yet, but I will let the co-owner test/play on it of course.

I might also give the co-owner tasks to do, such as testing out the server, and giving me their opinion.

Yes, unfortunately its java only.

To hire someone as a "Co-Owner" usually means giving them the same perks/permissions & authority as you. Therefore, to me, it looks like you're looking to hire a Manager or a server Operator to do the work for you.
