Go Daddy is basing the value off of similar domains, but they dont relate to it, to buy a .com domain usually costs like $10. Unless it's had a well know server on it before it won't be worth much.

This thread will be hilarious, GoDaddy uses an algorithm to determine the keywords and the search activity which can be related and linked that domain, but it does not mean that your domain is OG and worth that much. It's an assumption, I have some nice domains that are taxed $3000+ but they just cost me $13 monthly.
