Hello! My name is Ethan, I am one of two Founders of Kade! Currently we are in our early development stages and we are planning our staff roster(s)! Here is some structured information:


Gamemodes:

• Hardcore Factions "HCF" - Regular, similar to HCGames, HCTeams, and Hydra.
• Explicit Hardcore Factions "EHCF" - Really hard, similar to Shotbow HCF.
• Hardcore Teams - A hardcore soup teams server, similar to McCritZ and HCRivals.
• OP Teams - OP soup teams server, similar to "none".
• Hosted UHC - Similar to Badlion Premium and Hypixel UHC, but in 1.7.10/1.8.
• Potion Pvp - Practice, similar to Prevailpots and PVPLounge.
• HCF and EHCF Kitmaps - Kitmap for HCF/EHCF, similar to Velt and Arcane.
• Survival Games - SG, similar to Kohi SG.

Rosters:

We are structuring our staff teams in a unique and more efficient way. We will have an individual staff team, per game-mode such as HCF and EHCF will share a team, SG will have it's own, Hardcore and Op Teams will share a staff team, and UHC will have it's staff team. We have 3 Global Managers and 2 Founders who will be in charge of recruiting staff, however we will have 2-5 managers per game-mode to manage the staff team's demotions, promotions, and any suspensions from the team(s).

All positions listed below are available on ALL game-modes!

Positions:

Senior Administrator: As a senior administrator your main responsibilities include managing the staff team's promotions and demotions on your respected game-mode with the help of the managers, also you are in charge of making sure resets and restarts of maps and worlds go as planned and run smoothly, and you will also be in charge of answering questions and dealing with player issues in teamspeak and on the forums.

Administrator: This position is similar to the Senior Administrator position, however, you have less say in staff promotions and demotions and you lack most of the permissions and access Senior Administrators possess.

Senior Moderator: In this position your main focus and goal is to help players with their needs and requests and solve issues between players. You're also in charge of keeping the community friendly and cheat free, as well as keeping the chat clean and as friendly as possible.

Moderator: Moderator is our entry-level position, this position lacks most permissions and is given minimal access. Although, we still do not allow Moderators to play, you do have some permissions so you can effectively take care of your responsibilities.

is Developer a paid position?

Possibly, currently our developer is a Founder and takes his cut as a Founder and some from being a Developer. We would discuss payment options and other details prior to application acceptance.
