Introduction
Hello, my name is Kaden. I have been managing servers for a while now and I just now thought of putting my Services on MCM. I do work for free for the first 2 months, and if the server's still going I will request a small pay, (Normally around $5 a Week).

About Me
I am currently 15 years old, I have been Managing servers since I was around 14, I have managed several types of servers such as Prison, Factions, HCF and Skyblock. I don't have a mic, but that doesn't stop me from managing servers, I have done it before and will continue to. I currently don't manage any servers, so I am open.

Experience
I have a lot of experience as manager, big and little servers. All the servers I have managed I kinda forget, I have only wanted to start Managing again lately and I plan on starting with a smaller server.

Why Me?
Well, there are a few reason's why you should pick my management services, over others. The first being I am mature, I don't goof around with my job and I put time and effort into it. The second reason being I am patient, I am willing to take my time building up a staff team and I don't accept my friends cause their friends. The 3rd reason is that I am experienced, I haven't only managed servers. I have experience in most staff spots, such as Helper, Mod, and Admin (And of course others like SrMod). So I know what it's like in each staff spot.
