Can you setup ranks including the perks? And my server is currently on bukkit, could you switch it to spigot (or is there a way I can use my bukkit plugins with a few spigot plugins?)

Is it possible to make a Vanish plugin that has multiple "levels" of vanish

Ex. people with the permission vanish.1 can go into vanish, and can be seen with the permission vanish.see.1 , this would occur for another level or two (vanish.2-3).
If possible, can you make this for me?
