Karma Prison Looking for Staff

Why would a staff applicant be required to fill out the "Can you donate?:" option? I'm not at all interested, just don't understand why you're trying to get staff members to donate.

Previous staff experience: Owner of InvictaCraft network Moderator on Brick Prison and im staff on various friends servers
What makes you special upon the other applicants?: Well Im the only one here so thats special other than that I know what im doing and I can do whatever needs done.
If two people on the server are fighting and ignore you as a staff, what would you do?: Try to get their attention if that doesnt work I would mute then both for 10 minutes to give them time to hopefully cool down and if that doesnt work I will drop them a temp ban for 1 hour so they can get over it
If you had to plan events for the community, what would you plan and describe it?: I would plan pvp wars where we would have 2-4 teams of around 10-20 people and I would pick 4-6 people to make a map to pvp on with 4 corner bases and There would be refferes to watch everyone that dies so they can kick them after they die. Also I would make there be a prize for the winning team to share
Why'd you like to help us out?: Id like to help you out becuase Im a Prison owner and I love prison servers but now that my server is done I really dont have that much left to do on my server so I am now looking to help other servers out that are in need of some help
Do you plan on helping us add new things?: Sure I am pretty good at plugins setups and other things like that I can also recommend some plugins as well.
