KARUMA | Looking for a established owner. | PotPvP/UHC

This a advertisement thread for someone that knows what they are doing with owning a large network and just overall know what they are doing. More information will be below.

What is Karuma?
Karuma is a network with a motivated team behind it, and a desire to make yet another large server. We will be opening our network with practice only, then later expanding to UHC. We would like to take our time on development for the project. Rushing is the last thing we would like to do.

What is motivating us?
Our main motivation is to yet again reunite the PotPvP community with the UHC community. We want variety we will not stick to one gamemode. But currently we plan on releasing Practice with events and tournaments, once we see players start flowing in and becoming dedicated we will expand the network into a PotPvP and UHC mix.

What do we need from you?
We need a second owner who is motivated and has the same interest as me as bringing the community back together. Of course here is the downside, we need a owner who has experience with large communities and owning a successful server. But also someone who would be willing to fund most of the network with me. Since I am offering to develop almost the entire network I will not be putting nearly as much money into it as the second owner. However I am offering a compromise with contracts saying you get say 40% of the entire network. With most of the spare money going to you. The other money will be put back into the network.

What are the requirements?
You must have a working mic. You must be able to talk almost all the time. You must be able to contribute alot of hours into the network. You must be motivated. You must have sufficient funds. So 100$ will not be nearly enough at all. Sadly you must be older, and have a deeper voice.
