KB Plugin with machine learning?

Hey, I was wondering if it exists a KB Plugin or if It can be created that does Machine Learning?

It does modify each persons personal KB depending on the person's default KB etc..? Like it can get closer to Kohi KB tho but idk if its possible or if its efficient

Benefits of machine learning - basically you don't need to work as hard for whatever it is it's doing
Downsides of machine learning - inefficient, needs days of testing before it perfects itself, intensive bug fixing, and it's extremely unreliable
I'd suggest you have someone make you a smooth 1.8 spigot (1.8 is 10x smoother than 1.7. There's plugins to allow 1.7) with a knockback command so you can test different settings with easy and with permission node.
