Well, I put this options on my server:
friction: 2.0
horizontal: 0.42
vertical: 0.41
vertical-limit: 0.4
extra-horizontal: 0.425
extra-vertical: 0.1
But, no every spigot have these options, my spigot is 1.8.8.
