Howdy!

I'm kb. I'm an 18-year-old female student from the east coast of the USA. I'm an experienced Minecraft player and staff member looking to offer my free services to a server in any capacity. I can manage, moderate, or even be a helper-- you choose! I'm very flexible and have experience in many fields.

I'm mainly looking to work for a factions server, though, as I mentioned, I am flexible and have experience working in skyblock, towny, and factions fields.

I take pride in my work ethic and communication. I'm a hard worker and NEVER procrastinate. I am extremely detail-oriented, and I am above average at writing and grammar, so I am easily able to correct and enhance your server documents. Not only do I find the issues, but I communicate them. I speak my mind openly and will give criticism where it is necessary for the betterment of the team and the server as a whole. I am greatly motivated, and once I am empowered to start a project, I ensure that it is finished with the highest quality.

I also take pride in my ability to be open-minded and unbiased. I always try to make friends with players while ensuring that no bias goes into decision-making. I am fluent in English, speak some Spanish, and am learning Danish, which makes it easier for me to communicate with players. I have experience translating between English-speaking staff members and Spanish-speaking players, which has been useful in ensuring that players feel heard.

I have years of experience playing Minecraft and being a staff member for servers. The most impactful experiences I have had in my years of staffing include working for BattleMade, StoneAge, MeleeCraft, and SphoricMC. I had many roles on these servers, from helper to manager. Often, I wrote documents, generated ideas, beta tested, moderated chat, managed staff members, and resolved countless issues among other things.

I'm not looking for just any server. I have certain things that I need in order to perform optimally. I need supportive and serious owners and staff members, and I would love to be involved in an active community.

Big vouch!. Amazing staff who works tirelessly to give the players a great experience. She was amazing at handling documents and preparing the server i worked for. Not to mention the large amount of issues with the Spanish speaking factions that she resolved.
