honestly if you don't show any content of the server, you will have a really hard time selling it...
come on, just contact your manager, ask him to schedule you a meeting with your marketing team so you can hire a advertising agency and start a new marketing campaign showing some $1k each pictures of the files, playercounts and builds, then maybe will make a solid offer?

or just jump on your server and take the damn screenshots yourself, don't want to sound rude but that's some level of laziness that won't get you anywhere...

Yeah dude we slowed down a lot! Only made $700+ this month to date :/ and $1600+ total it’s slowed a lot.

Seems to me like it is not doing so well if it's not growing from the month before. Also, you are a lot of talk and very little proof, also being toxic won't help you get the most out of your server bud. Best of luck though.
