I did this ages ago, I can't believe nobody else has. However if I find out the situation has been "resolved" I might consider modifying my reputation. You can report Satan thats fine, but I believe its too late to neg rep him

I wouldn’t say it’s “resolved” until he gets his buddies to remove their false reps too.
