Key Shop Webstore

Hello, I am looking for a cheap developer who can create a Key webstore I want to start.

I want a website where the first page is all our social media and about and terms.

The second page will have it where they can click the keys and sell them to me. They send me a trade offer and i send them Paypal auto.

I need to be able to change the prices people can sell keys to me and when to stop buying because of too much in stock.

I'd be happy to do this. But this job isn't exactly "cheap" e-commerce sites usually start at £150+ . And all the other bits an pieces you're looking at an additional £100.
£250 total.
