I prefer reds because they are quieter, faster and less obnoxious but you still hear the key bottoming out making the 'clack' sound unless you use rubber o-rings. They do have a higher chance of typographical errors but it's my preference. I do think blue are better in numerous ways so fair play to you for potentially starting a war here.

Idm reds. But if you use speed or brown switches. Just ew.

I have blues but I prefer greens. Sooo clicky

Honest question: has anyone here more or less lost their love of mechanical boards because they no longer like tall keys?

I used to be a huge fan. I was on a dedicated keyboard forum called Deskthority, and I'd try all kinds of bizarre switches. But now, typing on a tall board just seems ridiculous and slow to me. I wish there were more (and better) low profile switches.

I like my mx browns but they have a tendancy to earrape calls.
