Once you click that link you will see a download button
Do NOT click the download button yet! Under the download button will be "Download With Offers" you want to Un-Check that! So that its not checked. Once it is not checked anymore you want to just click download and then another download button will come up again and wallah! Its really simple to use and you can scrape proxys! The proxys you scrape are already checked when scraped
