Kill Command

Hey everyone, Im here today looking for someone to do me a massive favour in return for a nice detailed vouch. I need a quite simple plugin that has 0 commands and all done inside the config. Heres the plugin rundown:

Name: CommandKills
Commands: N/A
Description: Upon killing a player, a command is ran through the console.
Plugin Config: In the config I need to be able to set commands that will execute from console. There must be a <player> placeholder.

• Create lots of commands
• Upon killing someone, there will be an certain percentage that ONE out of the X commands will be executed.
• All the %'s do NOT have to = 100% all together.

Config example:
1:
Command: give <player> diamond 1
Percentage: 5
2:
Command: kit artifact <player>
Percentage: 1
3.
Command: eco give <player> 5
Percentage: 10

The config above is just an example, please not that all the percentages dont have to = 100%.

Wait, if this is already a plugin, why not just copy and paste the commands like 10 times, like you would do in worldedit for a quick percentage mixture (//set cobble,cobble,cobble,cobble,cobble,cobble,grass)
