Kill Ping - Can’t log into my Minecraft account.

Long story short, I lag very badly on one of my favourite servers due to ping lag so I decided to download Kill Ping to reduce it. A few hours later, I tried to log onto my Minecraft account and it says unknown email/ password.

I’ve sent a password reset to my email and changed my password, yet I still can’t login to Mojang.com, it still says unknown email/ password.

So I waited a couple minutes and tried to login to Mojang on my phone, it worked. I then went to try login and play minecraft on my laptop but it again says unknown email/ password.
Can someone help me?

your IP was banned by mojang. its usually for 30min but in rare cases they ban it perm send them an email.

Already sent them an email but it’ll take them at least a week before they review mine since it’s the hols
