I'm looking for a very simple plugin with a simple configuration.

Details:

plugin name: mKillCommands

Outline: mKillCommands is a simple plugin created to execute a command upon killing someone in game.

eg. Sneakz Killed Jeff
console executes command /give Sneakz 10 diamonds

Permissions:
mKillCommands.use

surely someone can do this for either free, or cheap.
