So I know I have no absolute proof, but I think ThePhantomDev was just being a dick in general and didn't think/care he was faking, like if he knew he was faking he wouldn't just say that, he'd like say he's faking as a number one, number two he tried to set up a GoFundMe for Bigdcobia, and number three, when he said that, he had like -2 rep, and he was already a known dick.
