I am looking for a Kingdom Plugin Developer who is able to make a plugin on which the server runs on. This does not have to be a standalone plugin.

The main features needed are:
Kingdom Plugin
AI
Discord Integration
Wars within Kingdoms

Our budget for the Developer is $350.
