let me start off by saying it's more of a price enquiry, i have in the past hired developers for additions but what i'm wanting now is a fully fledged mode! a Kingdoms mode similar to towny and factions where players can found kingdoms and claim land, even wage war,where kings can create their own ranks and grant their citizens certain permissions such as build,break, maybe even to claim more land! wars would be fought by a power/influence system, let's say exploding a block of tnt on enemy land costs you 10 influence or reputation or such, claiming would be done by use of banners, capturing an enemy banner for over a day claims the territory for your own kingdom, capturing the main banner captures the entire kingdom and makes them your vassal!
i realise ALL this is BIG, wich is why i'm contemplating how much something like this would cost, i'm not looking for a perfect pricefix but wether or not we're talking in the dozens, hundreds or maybe even more!
