Kit GUI, Warp Gui, PvP Timer

Update: KitGUI is beign made by someone, but i still need the other two.
i need few plugins, a kit gui plugin where it will have 2 categories, rank kits and special kits. The other plugin is a warp gui. Lastly a PvP Timer like the ones in pvp server where new users are protected from PVP for X amount of time or untile they disable their own protection.
Both GUI plugins have to hook to essentials permissions, or if you have better idea it will be fine as long as it work.

Some examples of what im asking:
Warp Gui, if they dont have perm for a warp a red glass pane will show.

You can use Chestcommands for both the GUI's. I can configure theese for you if you wish. There is a public PvPtimer plugin or one of spigot which I believe is $5.

i have done so with chestcommands but still doesn't have the features where it display a red glass pane if you dont have perms for that kit/warp.

i have both warp gui and kit gui plugins and pvptimer $20 for all of them skype is djmoey123 i will tell you server on skype so you can see if thats what you want.

A locked GUI system. I could be mistaken, (I honestly think I am), but DeluxeMenus might carry this new feature everyone wants.

I call it the "Locked GUI System" since it has a feature to have it when the user does not have the (kit, warp, etc) it shows a "locked" status, but if the user does, it will show as unlocked.
