/kits (Opens up the GUI)
/kits create (Name) (Cool down)
/kits delete (delete a kit from the GUI)

Permissions
kits.add (Let a player add a kit to the GUI)
kits.create (Let a Player make a kit)
kits.all (let a player have access to all kits)
kits.name (Let a player have access to a kit)
kits.* (let a player have all perms

Must be compatible with PermsEX

Budget how much you think is needed hopefully $10-$20

(Also I can't do /kit it says unknown command so that's why it's /kits)

Ill do it. But I'm not doing the op part if that's alright with you then ill make you a sick looking GUI for $5 (depending on how many kits you got obviously)

u can use chestcommands
