Kit Pvp or Factions - Server or Files

I'm buying a kit pvp server or files, i can buy factions but then i want it to be very good (not like every factions server out there).

My budget is up to 30 dollars, but i require no playerbase or domain or anything.

The only thing that is needed is that you have a very good repuration or have someone with very good repurtation to vounch for you.
