Kit PvP Plugin

I'm looking to buy a custom made kit PvP plugin, I know there is lots out there but I rather buy one that is designed to my needs.I would like the plugin to have the following:


General summary:
I would like to have a custom kit PvP plugin with a scoreboard showing Kills, Deaths, Kill streak, Koth timer and location (editable in configur either koth on/or) and the name of the kit PvP server (will tell once details are confirmed to prevent someone taking the name) .I would like to be able to edit kits either in game or in Config (armor must auto equip).I would like to have some sort of kill streak plugin where if you get a certain number of kills in a row you get a reward (editable in Config).I would like to have a kit GUI showing all the kits and if the player doesn't have the permissons node for the kit the panel turns red (not avaible)

No items on death
No hunger
Kit Signs

Commands:
/kitpvp help , shows commands and explains commands simply
/kitpvp reload , reloads plugin
/create kit <name> , creates a kit using the items in the inventory armor on the body must auto equip and adds it to GUI in the next available slot (slot number editable in config)
/delete kit <name> , deletes kit
/kit give <kitname> <player> Gives permission for that player to access the kit inputted
/kit remove <kit name> <player> removes permissonfor that player to access the kit inputted
/GUI <kitname> <name>, sets item that players click in GUI to apply kit for example, kit archer is a bow in the GUI when they click it they receive kit archer.
/resetkits <name> , resets players kit cooldowns to 0
/scoreboard on , turns scoreboard on (also could be editable in config instead)
/scoreboard off, turns scoreboard off (also could be editable in config instead)

Kit Signs:

Budget: 0-40 AUD, must include bug fixes if bugs are found.
Must provide a list of permisosns for each command after plugin is made
Plugin and payment, will be further discussed on Skype after I believe you are situble for the job.
