Kitmap (HCF) Warzone

I am looking for a 500x500 warzone for a Kitmap (HCF) server. I would like 35-40 block wide roads, I would like 5-6 KOTHs built in all 4 quadrants. I would like the warzone to be spring themed. Hilly, etc. I would like one of the KOTHs to be a Sky KOTH, and the rest you can make up.

And if you can can you make a spawn?
