KitMap plugin...

I would like a KitMap plugin, if someone can make it or something i can pay some cash.. not really rich tbh.
The KitMap plugin will include
- Kits (Bard, Archer, Diamond)
- Custom messages
- Commands and signs used to equip kits.
- All dropped items immediately cleared to reduce lag
i need the plugin cuz i'm trying to make like a Little KitMap server/sub-server
