If you don't have time to deal with the requests of a client in a professional attitude then perhaps you should reconsider offering your service. You could easily address the client outlining your own time constraints and offering a solution to the problem, be it a refund or extending a deadline.

A client shouldn't have to rely on reading "your mood on Skype" (how would they even come to a conclusion that your charger was missing simply based off of your mood?). They paid for the product and if there are inconsistencies or discrepancies with the provider then of course they'll be annoyed/unsatisfied.
