KitPVP arena with spawn paidofc

Hey I'm looking for a kitpvp/pvp arena with a spawn attached,
The theme would have to be around medieval or so and contain minimal POI's around the map with just exterior including buildings/landscaping i.e river valleys/ponds.
400x400 size or so preferably not square shaped/copy and pasted borders that makes a kitpvp arena genuine and unpleasent.

My budget is around $50 (service teams I know that this is all that you read but if you could actually read the rest maybe you'd actually get a commission)

I AM LOOKING FOR A BUILD TEAM/SOLO COMMISSIONER THAT HAS THE TIME AND EFFORT FOR THIS PROJECT AND A PROPER PORTFOLIO DUE TO THE TIME FRAME.
