KitPvP Builds - Low Budget - Exclusive

Hey,
I'm starting a small kitpvp server but want some exclusive cool builds. A spawn in the air so players can drop down into the warzone to fight each other. I want an area for a shop aswell as some border (mountains, water etc) to stop people from venturing outside of the designated pvp area. I don't have a huge budget but want to get the most of my money.
