Im looking for a custom KitPvP map that is not to big with a spawn and an arena where they can battle it out, my budget is around $5-$15. Again i am not looking for anything to big.

Being very honest, very few people can provide that kind of build which has to be medium at least and with good quality for that kind of price.
I'm not being trashy or anything but any good build team or average ones(like us), could only give you like a 25x25 at average quality for 5$ since you really can't fit much in that. That too we might just not take commissions. I'd recommenced you get some more money for a custom made build. Or look for Cheap and pre-built builds.

I paid $50 for this map although the builder was my friend and it was completed within 4 days.
