KitPvP plugin ideas

Hey!

So I'm making a kitpvp server and I wondering what you pvp'ers would like in a server, what custom plugins what ideas if you leave a good idea below I'll sure rate

I'm gonna list all the obvious plugins
-world guard
-world editor
-voxel sniper
-essentials
-permissionsEX
-Multiverse
-buycraft (or any other donation store plugin)
-Votifier
-Crate Key
-view plugins blocker
-combat tag
-pinger
-chat control
-serverlist plus

Now I'm gonna list premium ones.
-FeatherBoard
-AnimatedMOTD

Now I'm gonna list ideas for custom ones

-A plugin that whenever you kill a player it gives you 1 level of EXP and every 5 levels you get it will show that you have a kill streak in chat.

-A custom enxhants plugin,

Wither enchant 1-3
Wither enchant lvl1- a player that has the enchantment on his sword can attack a player and it gives the victim a wither effect for 5 seconds.

Wither enchant lvl2- a player that has the enchantment on his sword can attack a player and it gives the victim a wither effect for 10 seconds.

Wither enchant lvl3- a player that has the enchantment on his sword can attack a player and it gives the victim a wither effect for 10 seconds
