KitPvP server based on elements (fire, wind, ice). Would you play it?

I'm planning on making a server once I hit 2,000 subscribers, so I'm planning ahead a bit. I want to start off with just kitpvp, then factions, and from there, I don't know. I just had a cool idea though, and I wanted to pitch it to you to see if it would be enjoyable or if it's been done before. It would be very simple to make. Basically, each player that joined the kitpvp could choose a class (they have no cooldown on changing classes and can do it unlimited times, but only at spawn). These classes would be (and this will likely be expanded): Inferno, Aero, Aqua, and Glacier. Each class would have a kit and specific powers related to their class, such as:
Inferno - Sword has fire aspect, Immune to fire damage (from infernos and/or lava pools in the map),
Aero - 5% chance to strike opponent with lightning, knockback 1 applied to sword at 3 or less hearts (like heavy winds)
Aqua - Depth strider boots (for any water pools in the map)
Glacier - 10% chance to give opponents slowness for a short time (like they're frozen)

I don't think there will be a huge pay2win aspect, but I'm thinking that they could pay (a small amount of money of course, like a dollar per kit maybe) to unlock exclusive kits based on beings, like a falcon that's able to fly or a human with a powerful sword and armor, or a healer with golden apples and soups, or an alchemist with potions.
All kits, exclusive or not, would have a tag that comes with it and displays whenever the player chats. This tag changes with the kit.

Obviously I'll balance the kits and add more powers, but these are just a few things that come to mind.
Does this sound interesting to you? It'll be a while before I actually create it, so I'll have plenty of time to refine the idea.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

The other idea I was thinking of is that instead of a KitPvP server, it would be a mode sort of like capture the flag. There would only be the 4 classes mentioned, each one have its own corner of the map themed after the class. They would be able to choose a single perk to use to attempt to steal the element from an opponent (for example, the inferno marker would be a bucket of lava, aqua marker would be a bucket of water, glacier marker would be ice, aero marker would be a cloud, etc.
