I doubt this is custom, the user keeps spamming me on skype asking for money.

To test this user, I asked him to make me a plugin for $3. This plugin would do the following.
/Test opens a 9 slot GUI.
I think the 5th slot is a piece of grass. When clicked, it kicks the user and gives the user 30 pieces of grass.

After I gave him the description he blocked me.

I could do that for free lol
