KitPvP Warzone [Tropical / Medieval Theme]

Rundown:
Hey, I am looking for a nostalgic kitpvp warzone for my server. What I'm looking to have in the build are beaches along the coastline with tropical trees surrounding it. I am also looking for a cave system that has one way in and out (big enough to fit a koth https://gyazo.com/5c587ad9b3b540e6d8aa8f56d712ff80 without lava etc). I am also looking for pathways to pvp, for example . I am also looking for big rocklike structures ( medieval theme). For details I am looking for houses, trees, rocks (https://gyazo.com/de49bb2971709a07afe9c66a97bfcfda), etc. For the border, I am looking for moutains going all along with the border. At 0 0, I would like it to be flat with some bumps up and as well as having detail. The blocks that I am looking to have are light gray / white for the top of the hills (border), dark gray blocks for the rock structures and green blocks for the top of the rocks.

Budget:
My current budget is 60-70$ but I could increase the price
if I am satisfied with the build.
