Its free I believe "https://github.com/GitFyu/KnockbackPatch/releases". Also I have no clue how to use it, if you could tell me how, or tell me commands to make it perfect?

There's a free version, and a paid version. The paid version allows you to edit the Knockback in the decimals.

The commands are
/setkb <horizontal> <vertical>
