Knockback plugin/settings

Need someone to help me out with knockback,

It's for 1.7 pvp and need as the normal HCF pvp knockback

rather have it for free, but if it's actually good w'll pay for it
- Or you help us out with our spigot and configure it to get the perfect knockback, or you get us a plugin with the right configuration for it

NitroSpigot if you're going for 1.7 based you'll want it in a spigot not a plugin.
