Yes, if you feel you would like the premium server to be on the US Node we can put you on a private node but with the premium specs.

Support can be from minutes to around 10 hours, all depending on when you open the ticket... From Mid-day to Midnight GMT [UK] we are always on. After that it could be a little wait, We are in the process of hiring more staff to reply to tickets.

In short term, Everyone on the node has the RAM set to 32 GB and We make sure there are not too many people on the machine to make people laggy or crash ect, Normaly 1-4 People per machine.
